18. CardauroraX is not liable in the event that the issuing merchant of the gift card declines to accept it upon declaring bankruptcy, or because of changes to its gift card acceptance policy.


19. Right To Refuse An Order. CardauroraX reserves the right to refuse any order placed. Additionally, if there was a mistake in the price of an order or coupon applied, CardauroraX reserves the right to notify the customer to pay the difference or cancel the order. CardauroraX reserves the right to cancel the order at anytime.


20. Verify Customers' Address: CardauroraX reserves the right to contact a customer via email to verify the accuracy of account information (including the customer's correct name and address) that is needed to provide the customer with the information he or she requested from CardauroraX.


21. Identity and location verification: You authorize CardauroraX to request your mobile carrier to use your mobile subscriber details for verifying your identity. Additionally, you authorize CardauroraX to perform a background check or access personal information from credit bureaus to aid in fraud prevention. Those details may include name, billing address, email, and phone number. This information may also include location information, if available.


22. You authorize your mobile carrier, and their authorized data sources, to provide your account/subscriber information to us, including (if available) your name, address, email and device data for these purposes.
